Snippet Digital.
The agency I co-founded with Suganthan Mohanadasan. The first agency we know of that runs on agents.
How it started
In August 2020, my friend Suganthan Mohanadasan and I co-founded Snippet Digital. The pitch was unfashionable at the time. A tight, technical-led SEO agency that built its own tools, ran lean, and worked with brands that wanted a strategic partner, not a content factory.
Most agencies in 2020 were optimising for headcount and retainer length. We optimised for output per person, depth of strategy, and the quality of the tooling under the hood. Five years on, every part of the model has been vindicated.
What the agency does
Snippet is a remote-first SEO agency working with mid-market and enterprise brands across the UK and US.
The foundation is strategic, technical SEO. Site architecture. Content clustering. Technical health. Internal linking. The boring infrastructure that lets every other channel work. On top of that sit the two things no other agency we know of offers.
The two engines that drive us
We build our own tools
Most agencies rent their tools. We build ours. Keyword Insights, the SaaS I co-founded out of Snippet's own tooling, automates the slowest parts of SEO so the budget goes where it matters: strategy and scale. It is now used by hundreds of other agencies and in-house teams.
Internally, tools like ThreadCraft, the Reddit marketing system we built, turn whole new service lines into scalable practices without new hires. You are not just hiring us. You get the tech that powers some of the best SEO teams in the world.
Full-journey search, not just SEO
Search is no longer confined to Google. Nearly half of Gen Z search on TikTok. Others turn to YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, and AI tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity. Traditional SEO does not account for any of that.
We optimise the entire search journey, wherever your customer is actually looking, so your brand shows up to rank, trend and convert. We pioneered the practice, and named it: Search Journey Optimisation.

The agentic operating system
Around 2024, we started rebuilding the agency from the inside.
Most of the operational work in a content-led agency is patterned. Keyword research. Content briefing. Internal review. Reporting. Outreach. Each one a workflow that an agent can run with a human in the loop.
We built an agentic operating system that handles those workflows. Today the agency runs on a much smaller team than this work would normally need. New service lines launch in days, not quarters. New hires plug into a system that already runs.
This is the work I now help other operators do inside their own businesses, under the AI Transformation engagement.
Recent client wins
Across SaaS, ecommerce, B2B services and healthcare, a few of the projects that show the model at work.
AllClinicalTrials, 490% organic traffic growth in six months
A health-tech platform fighting for visibility in a saturated digital health market, where trust and discoverability decide everything. We built the SEO foundation that took them from invisible to category-defining in half a year.
Universal Containers, 1,000 to 13,000 monthly visitors
A thirty-year-old shipping container brand whose online presence had not kept pace. We led a full-site SEO transformation, including a rebuild and rebrand. Organic visibility grew by over 1,000% in twelve months.
Symphonic MD, thousands of hidden keywords found through Reddit
A new skincare brand with zero domain authority going up against the giants of the category. We used a non-Google search strategy to surface the demand the incumbents could not see, and built a content programme around it.
Cloud Security Partners, the OCF strategy that unlocked SEO
A specialist cybersecurity consultancy that was not sure SEO was even the right channel. Our OCF analysis gave them clarity on where they should and should not invest, and the visibility followed once they did.
What clients say
I had the opportunity to work with Andy on a significant project at DataCamp, where we tackled the site's performance across over 20 million pages. Andy led the analysis and developed a comprehensive growth plan addressing both technical barriers and content strategies, significantly enhancing our customer acquisition efforts.
I have been working with Snippet Digital for a while now, and every single interaction exceeds my expectations. Not only do they share their immense knowledge of search, but they also surface actionable strategies catered to your specific organisation on how to grow.
Andy took charge of the rebranding effort, seamlessly managed the website rebuild and implemented a robust SEO strategy. We saw our organic visibility soar by over 1,000% within 12 months.
